As a survivor of sexual violence, I started B. GOLDEN during my personal rediscovery of self-love. Two key components of my journey were words of affirmations and maintenance of self-care. "BE GOLDEN" is not only a brand, but an affirmation that promotes self-worth and preservation.

During my journey, I've learned to not be fearful of pain, because the next decision to make is deciding what to do with it. I’ve chosen to plant my gifted seeds & water them with love while curating these products.

Instructional Use:

Start your "GLOW" Routine by applying (1) of our signature Body Scrubs onto cleansed skin. Take a generous amount and gently massage into skin, with circular motions to boost cirulation. Focus on rough areas, such as elbows, knees, and heels, where dead skin tends to accumulate. Rinse off with warm water and towel dry.

Fresh out the shower, apply (1) of our signature Body Oil onto dewy skin. Simply put a few drops onto your fingertips, then massage to face & body. Take this moment to say an affirmation as you show appreciation to your body. "My body is worthy and more priceless than gold"

Lastly, apply our "Shine Me Up" whipped Shea Budda. A small amount goes a long way. Observe as it literally melts like butter over your skin. You'll be left with skin that's deeply moisturized with a healthy radiant glow and a soul to match.
